HI,
I upgraded my WIN7 to WIN10 and from that point, I am not able to connect any devices to the laptop via Bluetooth. I tried removing the drivers and installed the latest versions to get it fixed, but I couldn't. When I click add device in Bluetooth, it keeps searching forever and never identifies any devices. Kindly help me out, to get this troubleshooted.
Please find the below pic, to know the driver version.
I searched and came across some of the forums related to the same issue. I tried the BT driver from that link as well, but it said I already have an higher version.
