Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd2053cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Whenever I close my laptop lid, the screen won't turn off and the computer doesn't go into sleep mode. This is despite the fact that I've set my computer to go to sleep when I close the lid whether it's plugged in or not. Any suggestions?
