How do I unblock a firewall or proxy to allow access to a website? I've tried the solutions indicated, but nothing worked. Here is the error message:  

This site can’t be reached

..... took too long to respond.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
