HP Recommended

Hello. I am new to community. So I recently got a new HP laptop! So on the day I got it it was fine. 2 days later I turn it on and it was having a hard time getting off the Welcome screen. So after a while it got off and I was on my Home Screen. But my bottom apps were not showing. Meaning I could not shut down my laptop the right way. I’ve searched everywhere to try and fix this problem but nobody seemed to have it. Please help! Thank you.
