HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY Photo 6230 printer will copy a document and print a document produced on my laptop via Word but when I wish to print say a postage label produced on ebay the printer just says it is out of paper when it clearly is not. Is this a problem in the drivers and not the printer?
