Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My Laptop used to work properly until the charger got bad. i replaced the charger with a spare and i noticed that whenever i am charging, the cpu temperature spikes from 45-50 idle to 75ish, because of this, i am unable to play games. Gaming works properly albeit with reduced performance on battery power but as soon as i charge the system and attempt to game, the screen goes black after about 5 minutes of gaming, what could be the issue?
I have changed the charger to a new original spare.
i have changed the thermal paste with a gaming one.
