Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
I came into the office and had a printout on the printer from HP Mimecast, stating that my email was being listed as SPAM. None of what I had emailed to be printed had gone through, and I still can not forward emails to my printer. I can direct print from my iPhone, but that doesn't help me when I am away from the office.. I contacted both HP and Mimecast, HP said it was a Mimecast problem and Mimecast said it was a backend HP security problem. Neither one could help. Has anyone else having/had this problem? If so what is the solution? Driving me crazy and there seems to be no help.
