HP ENVY x360
Microsoft Windows 11

Help please! 🙂 I've had an HP ENVY x360 laptop for just over 3 years now. It worked perfectly for the first couple of years, but for the last year or so, it suddenly started having major issues booting up. Once in a while it will start normally, but 9 times out of 10, it'll start and get stuck on the blue startup screen. Sometimes it'll end up at a black screen saying it's repairing itself. The only way to move past those screens is to turn the laptop off and back on using the power button. It often takes 4 or 5 tries (or more) of turning it off and on before it actually starts up and I'm able to use it. Once it's up and running, it works perfectly fine. I've taken it to a computer repair shop and they said that this is a known issue with this particular computer model - that it has issues working with the Microsoft Windows operating system, but they weren't able to fix the problem. They suggested upgrading to Windows 11 when it came out and that might solve the problem. I did that, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the issue. I should have contacted HP right when this started happening as now my computer is out of warranty. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, were you able to solve it?
