whenever i start up my computer, my wifi starts up, then disconnects, then after about 15 seconds it reconnects, then after about 30 seconds it disconnects again and i have to connect manually at that point. this happens every time. we recently upgraded our router and service with at&t, that's the only change about the same time. I had a conversation going with the HP help people and they offered to get us a new computer (also because the fingerprint scanner doesnt work), but they had trouble running my credit card for a deposit, and they never followed through. now they won't respond to any request for help, and there is NO PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE!!!!!!!! mostly i need help getting someone to talk. Help!!
