Hi all,
Please can someone help.
During a windows update a force Bios update occurred. When the new Bios was installed, everytime the device starts to load windows, I get the BSOD. I can still access the Bios and have tried many different settings to no success. I've tried to reinstall windows from a USB stick and the system blue screens soon after entering the setup.
I've manage to install Windows To Go on a USB stick with the SSD removed and windows runs perfectly from the USB and I've installed HP assistance to install software. If I then insert the SSD back into the device and try to run Windows To Go from the USB I get the BSOD. Also I have tried 2 different SSDs to eliminate a faulty SSD.
I am unable to obtain Bios for this device as it's not listed anymore and is out of Warranty.
I have managed to install Bios F.23 from the link below but have the same issue:

I've also tried version F.21 with the same.
I think the issue is that the Bios that's installed is for System Boad ID 86C8 as that's what's in the Bios archive not 86C9 which this device is. See similar issue below:
Please does anyone have a link to the correct Bios for this Laptop? Thank you in advance.
