I have this issue with HP "OMEN 15-en0000 Laptop PC (1C099AV)" gaming laptop.
After about 5 or 10 seconds (depends on situation counted with timer) after I plugged in the original HP adaptor into laptop starts a very annoying buzzing (more like SHORT CIRCUIT) sound that continues until I decouple the adaptor from laptop (so if adapter has power and stay 1 day connected 1 day will make that noise but if I cut the electrical energy power from my house and adapter is still connected but obviously has no more energy then no more annoying sound is heard).
When fans are very low (fans are quiet and almost undetectable) you can hear it very good. I recorded it with my phone (with phone microphone under plug in adapter) and I uploaded it on YouTube, you can hear it there, the link is: https://youtu.be/LOWl2AQ2q0A . Also I boost audio record volume with "audiotrimmer.com" on Extreme setting to hear more clearly.
Will my laptop damage in time (it's in danger, short circuit or bad cable isolation, or some crack of a power component on the motherboard where adapter is plugged in) more importantly, how I can make this annoying sound hear no more (It's frustrating and seems sometimes I can hear it more loudly)!
