HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason our HP Envy 5055 has decided to operate in Duplex Manually mode ONLY. Nothing has changed except for fresh black ink cartridge. It formerly duplexed automatically. We can find no settings to get it to go back to automatic duplex. A righteous bother when working remotely. What happened? How to fix?
