Have an instant ink account and the last colour cartridge received keeps giving me an ‘incompatible ink’ error message.
Have done all of the troubleshooting and not cleared. The final option is to buy a new cartridge. As an instant ink customer I shouldn’t have to do this should I? Is there no way I can just get a replacement through my instant ink account?
