HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-0000i (8BG56AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I just got a new HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop and from the moment I fired it up there is an unexplained internet lag.  I'm getting anywhere from 4-MBPS to maybe 15-MBPS on speed testing sites.  These same sites report 150MBPS on my Wi-Fi connected iPhone and over 400 MBPS speeds on my HP laptop in the same room.  (I have 1G internet but see around 400MPBS most often.

I ran the driver update and there was indeed a update for the network adapter.  I reset the computer and boom!  about 75 MBPS still slow but I will take it.  Sadly after about an hour or so it reverted back to the slow speeds.  It seems to be fastest after a restart but that does not last.

Drivers have been updated, I tried trouble shooting a few answers online with no fix.

Please help, the slow speeds cripple the whole computer.  Has anyone run into this, there must be a fix.  The idea of returning the PC and starting again is not a fun one.

Thanks everyone!!
