Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J7AV)

After HP fixed my internet logon yesterday now I am unable to log in to a website that I usually use.  I can login under Internet explorer but not google like I normally do.  It there anything I can do besides uninstalling google and reinstalling?
