Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I've suddenly just noticed that my N and B keys along with my Caps lock have decided not to work. I've pretty much exhausted every avenue ie .. uninstalling drivers updating drivers etc. I've even restored my laptop back to Windows 10 but nothing seems to work do you think that I need a new keyboard or is there a software
