Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all, I've done everything I can to get rid of this false error. There is NO jam in the back of my printer.
I've resat the ptinter, updated the firmware. Does anyone know what else I can do to get my printer up and running again pls?
Do I need a new fuser possibly?
