Hi
We have 8 notebooks of this type and all have the same problems.
Screen was really hard to open and we found out that hinges ar not connected to the bottem cover like all other Probooks.
This means that it is connected to the palm rest.
We have send the out for repair and it opened again with only 1 finger but after a month we experience the same problem again.
If you move the screen you see the palm rest move and all 8 notebooks have the same problem. These means it is not a user fault but a production error.
HP wont do any research and just keeps replacing the hinges and topcovers/palmrests and 1 notebook has only 2 months warranty left.
Anyone else with the same problems with this Covid19 notebook ?
