Hi,

 

I just bought my HP laptop and I cannot activate the pre-installed Office apps. On the laptop body, the sticker says "Don't forget to activate Office 2021..." However, the pre-installed Office version on my laptop is Microsoft 365 family. And, I did what the assistant from the store (where I bought it) told me. I created new MS account, but still keeps on asking for activation code. Please help.
