HP 280 Pro G5 Small Form Factor PC (8NB74AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi ,

I bought a HP280 Pro G5, it comes with Windows 10 pre-loaded.

I can connect my Samsung Galaxy Buds live (bluetooth headset) and a bluetooth speaker initially with Windows 10.

Since I updated to Windows 11, neither my Galaxy Buds Live nor the bluetooth speaker can work.

I tried to remove the devices and tried to do the pairing again but the computer cannot discover any bluetooth headset or bluetooth speaker.

I already tried to uninstall the bluetooth adapter driver, it doesn't help.

Already run the HP hardware diagnosis, no problem found with the bluetooth adapter.

I guess the problem comes from the driver because HP only provide the driver for Windows 10 64bit but my OS is Windows 11 64 bit.

Anyone have any suggestion or solution for this?

Thanks a million.
