after updating my bios  to this version ;

HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors)

 F.13 Rev.A 12.8 MB Apr 6, 2022

 

a lot of freezes drop in fps in games very bad bios so i back to old bios stable so far

when they will bring the new bios of amd ? agesa  1.2.0.7 fix stuttering

 

im on this **bleep** version 2 years old AGESA Version CezannePI-FP6 1.0.0.3c
