Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 My desktop stays stuck on this screen or the “preparing automatic repair” screen. I’ve ran quick tests on Memory and Hardware and both passed. When I try to go into system recovery, I cannot get into the menu to Troubleshoot. Does anyone have a work around? I’ve tried just about everything I know and what I could find on the internet.
