HP Recommended
Hello,
I am unable to sign into my HP Pavilion 24-k0012na 23.8".
When I turn on the computer it takes me to the sign in screen and asks me to enter my pin. I enter my pin and then it tells me my pin has been disabled due to too many shutdowns. The computer was working fine and then I left the room for a few minutes came back and this happened and I don't understand why.
Does anybody know how to fix this please?
Many thanks,
Simon
