Printer is setup, ready.

It prints.

It faxes.

It DOES NOT Scan!

In HP Smart when I click "Scan", it changes to a page to do so, but immediately reports "Scanning is Currently Unavailable."

I just got this printer two days ago. It Took me a full day to figure out how to get it on my personal, home network, Modem/Router.

Now, all I have to do is turn on the machines and they connect.  The admin webpage in the printer comes up no sweat and reports that the printer is ready.

I've tried EVERY solution support.hp.com has to offer.  A few did nothing, the Doctor said I needed an update & reboot. I did. It didn't help. A few software solutions couldn't even find the printer when the admin webpage was reporting it WAS NOT asleep, but ready.

Hopeful someone knows the solution.

David
