Product: Pavilion 15 gaming laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I'm playing games, the laptop will suddenly crash while playing or bsod when idling, i checked both ram sticks individually for any issues (2 8gb sticks) and cleaned out the fans but the issue persists. I don't know when it started but it's very annoying and the laptop gets extremely hot while playing aswel.
