Product: HP Pavilion 23-h024 TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After a power failure my desktop is sitting with the hp logo on a black screen and a clockwise rotation of dots for the past 45 minutes. Is there anything I can do locally? It is only WiFi connected to the web, not hardwired. Thanks
