Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 (45X02AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi All,
I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dy0xxx that is now just over 2 months old and has a crack in the screen from the top right hand corner. I first noticed the crack the day I received it, but it was only a small little mark if anything. It has since grown and continues to grow a few mm, every couple of days. The crack is now approx 50mm in length and is increasingly affecting the use of the computer, as it's a touch screen. Anyone else have this issue??
There has been no impact to the screen, back or front, so clearly a fault within the computer. Lodged a warranty claim 2 weeks ago now, still no update...
