Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I, for some time, had an HP account where I could log in and manage my cases such as create, update, etc. At some point recently, that link became defective between my HP account and my case manager account. I try and Register but get User with email <my_Email> already exists. For more information go to ourFAQ page. The FAQ page is useless.
I need to book repair for users, and would like to know what has happened as there may be others in my organisation that will encounter the same issue
