Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer and laptop are both connected to the wifi but cannot connect to each other.  Printer software is updated and I have reset the printer several times.  Usually the troubleshooting driver works but it keeps showing no connection to the printer (configuration problem 0x80070570
