Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Have a client with a Book Firefly G8, with a webcam that displays green as gray and blue as black. It was just returned after being "repaired" it was purchased in June 22 (less than 3 months) client is not interested in external webcam.
Removed camera in device manager and rebooted and let windows update the drivers. Windows update doesn't have anything for this cam . Disabled the IR cam in device manager, no change, green is still gray and blue is still black.
