Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D7AV)

My envy has an speaker problem since day one, i thought it was because i was listening too loud, but either way makes no sense to be hissing, ive had many laptops cheaper then this one and never had this problem, today i was watching some youtube videos and literally stopped, i went to the hardware to try to fix, went back working and still HISSING! 

ALso the piece that turns the laptop into tablet doesnt loke the like the other one, seems like it was bad positioned but i cant fix myself.. now i have no idea where to take this laptop
