Product: HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
So, after a few months of non-use (and kept in a careful environment [without batteries installed]) I fired up my Reverb G2 and controllers and the Left controller refused to connect. It turns on ok (and will shut down as well), but no matter what I do, I cannot get it into pairing mode to reconnect to the Reverb G2.
I have done the <pair key>+<windows key> reset, and then when I try to pair, pressing the pair key does nothing (it sits there in "dim" mode). It is not a few months out of warranty, so I am reaching out to see if there's anyone out there with some experience that might assist me in recovering it or confirming my fears.
Thanks.
