Product: HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (544M1AV)
The HP documentation for the 845 g9 reports that the two USB C ports are USB 4 with 40 Gbit/s transfer. Meanwhile, when I check HP system information, it only reports as USB 3.1 Gen 2. Device Manager shows a mix of USB 3.1 and USB4, which seemingly corresponds to the type A and type C ports.
Is HP system information inaccurate and are the ports currently running at USB4 speeds? Or do I need something like a future BIOS update to enable USB4? (P.S. I don't have anything to test speeds)
