Product: HP 14CE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there all, my friend's HP 14CE is blinking white 5 times on the charging port and then stops for a short moment and then repeats the 5 blinks again.

This is happening with or without the charger connected.

I have tried searching on the internet but have had no success.

Please can someone tell me what this means?
