I have a HP Envy 6032e Printer. I am currently connected to the same network on both laptop and printer. I can also access the EWS page with the IP address from my browser. 

Yet the printer is not connected to the internet and webservices server cannot be accessed. I don't know what else to try; and the customer care person i spoke to earlier just kept running me round in circles. Please Help
