Product: HP OfficeJet 4657 All-in-One Printer

Hi I can no longer perform any scan, I did it via Scan and doctor and it stops on scanning via windows WIA and scanning via hp Twain, instead from the printer if I press the scan button the computer not found message comes out.
I promise that I have already tried to disconnect power and network cables for a while and turn it back on with subsequent restart of the pc, but it continues to give this type of problem.
Please kindly help me. Thank you

P.s
also if i try to print any document from my pc it works correctly, this pc not found problem i can't figure out what the problem can be
