Product: Reverb G2

Hello! I recently purchased a Reverb G2 on an auction website. It is the v2 with the 2 piece face plate. The problem is it only came with half of the face plate. I did not include the facial interface that I can wear so the headset is unusable. Is there somewhere I can order a replacement part from HP? I was unable to locate it anywhere on their site.
