Basically the title. I bought this laptop in late 2020. At the beginning of this issue, it would be me pressing multiple times and then it'll register. Then it became me holding it down for a good minute until it worked. Now it just doesn't work at all. Every other key works except for 'r'. As a coder, this is a huge inconvenience and I cannot just "buy a keyboard" due to the limited desk space I have as a student. I tested my laptop with a USB keyboard and the 'r' key worked so it must be a hardware issue. 

 

This also seems like a manufacturing problem since if you just google "hp omen r key not working", there are multiple posts about it. It does not seem like a coincidence that so many 2020 HP OMENs have this issue. I already had to replace my laptop once (under warranty) because the build quality was terrible. After that, I did not have time anymore to send it in because of school.
