Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 24-a039 all in one machine, with a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. Works no problem for four years and recently started getting keyboard error messages on startup, and both stop working. Initially a few re-starts and they would work. Now it takes an hour of re-starting and trying to get it into safemode for it to finally start working. Once it's in windows there's no problems it just occurs on startup. I have checked device drivers and it says I have most up to date installed.
