HP Recommended

My printer will not print the documents in the Que.

I have done the following:

Rebooted computer

Rebooted the Printer

plugged and unplugged printed

Tried to print Que documents hardwired

Tried to print Que documents via Wifi

Ran an HP diagnosis and it cannot read Que documents

My other laptop is printing from that computer wirelessly off WIFI
