Product: HP LaserJet M110we Printer

My printer is not working due to a paper jam per the error message.  I have turned off my printer , unplugged it, removed the cartridge, etc.  there is no paper jam.   I did get the printer to print 1 page 2 weeks ago then the same error light comes on.  I’m getting frustrated this has been going on for 2 months or more.
