Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Getting an error message: "Scanner error 13" continuously on my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw printer/scanner.
I have used the Virtual Assistant to turn off and unplug the printer for 30 seconds, then restart, but the error message still appears. When I click the Scan button in my HP Smart application, nothing happens mechanically, though the software says "Scan complete".
What else can I do?
