Product: HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is the #682 ink cartridge compatible with HP DeskJet 2700 All-in-One Printer? The saleslady at the mall said it was comtible but when I inserted it on the printer, it says 'Incompatible Cartridges'. If it is not really compatible, can I still return it to the store even if I opened it already?
