Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

On my omen 30L I had updated windows to 11 from 10 and ugraded the graphics card form RTX 2060 to RTX 3090. I also updated the drivers. When I start gaming, the first game I start experiencing stuttering. After the first game, it fixes itself and its fine there after. Do I need to do anything to the Bios or update anything else because of the changes?
