Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer

Printer won't join network.  Printer has been connected to network previously.  Router, passwords unchanged.  Using HP app to "install new printer". App is able to find printer but errors out on the next step (connect to network).  Printer, router, laptop all sitting right next to each other.
