Product: HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have recently replaced my printer cartridges with genuine HP ones.
Since installing I have not been able to print any documents I have sent.
I have unplugged it and restarted, I have taken the printer cartridges out and put them back in, I have even done a factory reset.
HP smart shows both ink cartridges are full but the status is still validating.
I am at my wits end as I use this for work and am tempted to throw it out of the window!
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
