Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
I've been using the HP Smart App for scans/faxes... has worked perfectly the past few months.
I scanned in a 9 page document, saved it, then wanted to scan via HP Smart App... the last fax I sent (the attachment/file) was pre-populated in the NEW fax. I attempted to click the trash icon to get rid of it, but nothing is happening.
So, how do I get rid of the last fax/file? I need to send a new fax with a new file/attachment?
I cannot find a help line anywhere.
