Hi, everything we try and print, we are faced with an error message and all it says is ‘cannot print. Go to www.Hpinstantink.com for information’. There is no information to help us resolve the issue. We have tried ti reboot/reset the printer taking the power out for 60 seconds but to no avail. Can anyone help? Attached is the error message we see. Thank you!
