Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
we have a LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw that turns on, but the touch screen no longer lights up. I've tried connecting an Ethernet cable between the printer and my laptop, and it still can't find the printer.
I use the HP Smart app to try to manage it, but it is offline and will not let me access it. How can I factory reset this unit to get it hopefully working again?
