Mi caso es exactamente el mismo, luego de que windows update mandara actualizacion de la BIOS esta presentando bloqueos.
Detecte que la BIOS que instalo windows update es version 8433 V.F57 y en la pagiona de HP Support esta la 8433 V.F55.
Lo que porobablemente quiere decir que se instalo una BIOS no oficial o que no corresponde como tal al equipo.
Espero que HP pueda ayudarnos a solucionar el inconveniente mediante una actualizacion de BIOS.
My case is exactly the same, after windows update will send a BIOS update, it is presenting blockages.
Detect that the BIOS installed by windows update is version 8433 V.F57 and on the HP Support page is 8433 V.F55.
Which probably means that an unofficial BIOS was installed or that it does not correspond as such to the equipment.
I hope HP can help us fix the problem by updating the BIOS.
